Who we are
996grind ("we") operates 996grind.com, a job board for high-intensity onsite roles. Contact: gordon@996grind.com.
What we process and why
Account data (email, name, hashed password) — to provide login and employer features; legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Job postings from public sources — we index publicly advertised job postings (title, description, company, location) from applicant-tracking-system job boards, always linking applications back to the original posting; legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Companies can request removal at any time via gordon@996grind.com and we honor takedowns permanently.
Business contact data (company contact email addresses) — to send low-volume, personalized business-to-business enquiries about job advertising; legal basis: legitimate interest. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; opt-outs are permanent.
Email engagement — open/click events with user-agent only. We never store IP addresses in email tracking.
Cookies and analytics
We use only strictly necessary cookies (session login). No third-party advertising cookies, no consent banner needed.
Payments
Job-post payments are processed by Stripe; we store order metadata but never card details.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time via gordon@996grind.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Retention
Accounts persist until deleted; expired job postings are retained for statistics with source links removed on takedown; suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely so opt-outs stay honored.
