About 996grind

996grind is a job board for high-intensity roles: 9am to 9pm, six days a week, onsite or remote, anywhere in the world. It exists because of a simple observation — plenty of companies quietly expect 70-hour weeks behind a work-life-balance slide, and plenty of people genuinely want a maximum-intensity stretch at the right price. Both sides are better off when the schedule is stated in the advertisement instead of discovered after signing.

Where the listings come from

Listings arrive in two ways. Employers post directly and pay a one-time fee per listing; direct postings must state a salary range. The rest are indexed by our crawlers from public careers feeds, scored against explicit intensity signals in the posting text, and reviewed by a human before going live. Indexed listings always send applicants to the original advertisement, and we remove anything that turns out to be unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading.

What we add to a listing

Every job page carries the board's own analysis alongside the employer's text: the schedule stated plainly, the intensity signals we detected, salary normalized to USD where the posting discloses one, and a short summary of the working-time law in the hiring country. Browsing is free and salary ranges are visible to everyone.

How the site makes money

Employers pay to post; job seekers never pay. That's the whole model. We don't sell your data, and email alerts are double opt-in with one-click unsubscribe.
