The role
Build the AI agents, data systems, and product surfaces used by Locke's policy team.
What you will do
- Own production AI agents from prototype through deployment.
- Build retrieval and data pipelines for legislation and regulation.
- Create evaluation systems for agent accuracy and usefulness.
- Develop drafting, monitoring, and alerting tools.
- Work closely with policy staff and help establish the technical playbook.
What Locke is looking for
- Full-stack, applied-AI, ML, or closely related engineering experience.
