Join the engineering team building reliable AI agents across multiple modalities. The work spans agent architecture, data and evaluation pipelines, reliability, product decisions, and end-to-end delivery.
What you will do
- Develop and improve production AI agents for healthcare use cases.
- Build data annotation, fine-tuning, evaluation, and reliability workflows.
- Research difficult applied-AI problems and turn findings into shipped product.
- Own projects across engineering, product, testing, and observability.
- Work directly with Asha Health's founders and customers.
What Asha Health is looking for
- Strong backend engineering experience.
- Experience building production AI-agent or LLM-powered systems.
